To do lists - friend or foe?

Hi,

So I started writing down a "to do list". mmmm well .....

The trick is to check your list and do what is on it, I tried to write stuff down every day and move the things I didn't get to, to the next day. I eventually stopped looking at my diary and the "to do list" in it. the reason we write things down is so that we can remember to do them. The thing is do I put up a note on my notice board to remind me to check my to do list, or do I just add my to do list to my notice board?

whatever I do I think it should be effective and hugely visable otherwise I am going to give it up as a bad decision.

Model Citizen!

I never spoke about the modeling thing I did two weeks ago. It was so much fun. I wanted to start living my life everyday. Doing things I wouldn't usually do and adopting the attitude of doing anything at least once. Well that was my "at least once" for this month. I would actually do it again if the called me back. :) well it started with me leaving home later than I expected. Then on the way there I kept telling myself that it would be a bunch of girls.. sorry woman that were my age, weight etc. Felt a little silly but convinced myself that all would be good. Hmmm didn't work out that way, I walked in there to find a whole lot of Models waiting there. Not only were they stunning, even the elderly ladies, but they all had a little experience with all this. I walked in to everyone knowing who I was when I came in. Wondered how they knew that then realised that our names were on the clothes we were to wear and knew right away why they knew my name. (Biggest sizes) other than that all were so sweet. It went so well and I even got paid for it. How nice. Used the money for some new scatters for the lounge.

Well let's wait and see if they call again.

What to blog about

I come up with random thoughts and by the time I sit down to blog I have forgotten them all. So now I sit in front of the computer to blog and have no cooking clue what to write about. Is it possible to get blogger's block?
Ahh well. I thought I would just say random things and something would trigger a blog subject. But alas I have not been able to do that today. But I have however found out how to blog from my phone so now I can just blog from my phone that is much more accessible than my computer.
So wait for more regular and short blogs as I think of random things in random places.

So this has become like my diary, I only write in it when I remember it exists. my days have been filled with some wild thoughts and I keep saying, "wow I would love to put that on my blog" by the time I remember I have a blog again I have forgotten the thought.

Well.. I have agreed to help out a friend of a friend on Sat with,.... get this... modelling dresses. Well if you think so what? I will tell you I do not like wearing dresses firstly and if you had a good look at me I am not really that fantastically built to model. but as I have now started saying you live once and I will try anything once. lol lots of fun for that one. will keep you informed.

watch this space for news on my "modelling" career.

Ha ha hit the check spelling button on top and can you believe it returned "blog" as a misspelled word. you would think they would have that one in their dictionary. as a matter of fact I think with today's trends we should have it in all dictionaries.

To Begin with My Name starts with an N and Surname with a B it wasn't always like that but it is now. I have decided to put myself first for a change and as discribed in this fab Wiki page I am Important, well at least my initials point in that direction. People tend to "Take Note" when they see  N B anywhere on a document.

Before you think I am self obsessed and shallow, I do think I am important, but not in a bad way. So have a look at my notes of "self importance", that make up my life, they might actually make you smile a little as you read about my short comings and funny moments and find that you actually can relate to me, as flawed as I am.
